We value and appreciate your Business, however, we do NOT Allow use of our Store Images and Description for your own Online Store, Blog, etc. Our Images were created exclusively for our company and also used in our Retail Online store therefore, it creates unhealthy competition if any of our Images are used on any other site. You are welcome to create your own images and description for any of our products, however, we want to make it clear that Our Images and Description are our Property and their use is prohibited.


- Our Minimum $100 Order Requirement is Perfect for any size Business. We set this limit simply to Prevent any None Business entities to purchase our Products, which benefits our Retail Customers as well. We want to Protect our Respectful Customers with Peace of mind, where they do not have to worry that anyone may look over our Wholesale Prices and get it right from original wholesaler. This is Absolutely Not Possible with our Wholesale company, as we check each and every registered customer for accurate Retailers Information, including Valid Tax ID #.   


  1. HOW TO ORDER
 
1) NEW ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
www.FortuneGemstones.com is a wholesale online store and intends to sell exclusively to resellers and retailers. All customers are required to enter business tax ID to register. Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the www.FortuneGemstones.com web site, but also enables you to enter company information and to check your order status. You may access the registration page by clicking on Registration at the top of the www.FortuneGemstones.com home page.  

2) MODIFY & UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION
At My Account you can always update or modify your e-mail address and/or password, company profile, billing and shipping information. Please make sure you input the correct information. You can pick and choose your default shipping and billing information which will be used at the check out.  

3) E-MAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Feel free to subscribe www.FortuneGemstones.com news and promotion information via your e-mail! You can indicate where or not you want to subscribe it.  

4) FORGOT PASSWORD
If you forget your password, click on the forgot your password link on the sign in page. We will send you your password to your e-mail account indicated in your personal account information. You may change the password to your preference whenever you like to.

If you are a first time customer, you must first register in order to place an order. If you have already placed an order before, just sign in with your e-mail address and password.  

Before register, please keep in mind that FortuneGemStones.com is a wholesale online store and intends to sell exclusively to resellers and retailers.  

After signed in, browse items by style category on the left menu navigation bar or by entering keywords in the search box.  

At the "item detail" page, enter the quantities for each color you wish to purchase, then click on the "Add" button.  

Review the items and quantities in your shopping cart. You can make changes to quantities and selections in this page at any time.  

To browse for more items before checking out, click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page and you will be re-directed to the item's detail page.  

Once you are done shopping and have reviewed your "shopping cart", click on the "checkout" button to proceed to the next step.  

Add, enter or edit billing and shipping information on this page. It is possible to have multiple addresses saved. Simply select the desired address to continue to the next step.  

At the Order Review page, review your order information and click "Verify Order".  

Your order is now completed. You will see the final page that summarizes your order information. You may want to print it for your records. The order confirmation will also be sent to you via e-mail.  

2) MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
We Only have $100 Minimum Order Amount. However, please note that all sales are for reseller and retailers only.  

*Orders may be rejected if an invalid business tax ID is submitted.  

3) ORDER STATUS
Once you have placed an order, you can check your order status online at any time. To view your order status online, select "My Account". You will be prompted to sign-in to access your account. If you are unable to find your order status or have any other questions, please send us an e-mail or call customer service at 718-979-4250 (Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET).  

4) INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We Offer International Orders to Canada and UK. We require additional Verification of your Credit Card Information in order to Secure any and all Out of Country Transactions. We are sorry for inconvenience. If you are located in any other Country, then Please contact us to discuss possible Order Options.  

  3. SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
 
We reserve the right to choose the Best Shipping Method for your Order. Our Shipping options may include USPS Priority Insured and/or UPS Ground. We Have set default S+H of $11.95 for all orders on our Checkout Page. Please keep in mind, that Shipping Charges include HANDLING, SUPPLIES and all other applicable expenses in packing and shipping out your order. We will work very hard to make sure you will get your Order Safe, Fast and Right to Your Door. If it happens to be that your Order  must be shipped via 2 or more boxes, then shipping  rates will change accordingly. 

Please Make sure to enter correct shipping address in order to receive items on time. Customer will be responsible for any other charges and fees if address is entered incorrectly. PLEASE NOTE: WE Can NOT Ship to P.O. Boxes to make sure safety of the Package/Order. Thank You for Your Support and Understanding.  

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
We Offer Tracking Number for each Shipment. Ones Your Order is Ready to go, you will get email with Your Tracking #. Always Make sure to check your Spam Filter, before calling our Customer Service.  

SHIPPING PROCEDURE with USPS and/or UPS
We ship out all Available items for orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time during our Normal Business Days. Any Orders Placed after 3 PM will be Processed the Following Business Day.  

Items OUT of STOCK Procedure
If your Out of Stock Ordered Items were less then $30, then you would need to reorder them at the Later Time. Please call us or email in regards to availability. Any Ordered Out of Stock Items, which were over $30, will be shipped for free as soon as they become available. You will NOT be Charged for Out of Stock Items until the time they are ready to be shipped.  

OUT OF COUNTRY Orders
We will Ship our Products to CANADA and UK by USPS Global Express Mail (EMS). Please Note, that shipping and Handling Charges for this Service is Significant Higher then what it cost for Continental USA. For More Information, Please visit www.USPS.com.  

  4. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 
1) RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Starting Jan.1,2008, all credits for damaged or defective items will be applied for store credit only.  

Returns and exchanges must be reported within 48 hours from the day you received items, and sent back to us within the same time frame.   

Restocking fee (15% of order amount) applies to all returns.  

RMA number will be issued on each return.  

Any items returned without Return Authorization will be discarded. No credits will be applied.  

Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of exchange.  

2) HOW TO RECEIVE RMA# FOR RETURN
If you would like to return damaged items, please send us an e-mail with your order number in the subject field. One of our customer service representatives will contact with you via phone or e-mail. A RMA# will be given. You will NOT be able to return without RMA#.
